These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Africa-Business.CC ("the Platform") and our services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal or business purposes, provided that:

You do not violate any laws or regulations

You do not infringe on third-party rights

You do not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities

You do not post false or misleading business information

2. User Responsibilities

As a Business Owner:

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide

You must maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

You are liable for all activities conducted under your account

You agree to keep business information up-to-date

As a Buyer/User:

You agree to use the Platform for legitimate business purposes only

You will not spam, harass, or misuse verified businesses

You acknowledge that final transactions occur outside the Platform

3. Verification and Authenticity

Africa-Business.CC verifies business ownership and legitimacy through KYC procedures. However:

We do NOT guarantee the quality of products or services offered by verified businesses

We do NOT mediate disputes between buyers and sellers

Transactions occur directly between parties; we are not responsible for payment disputes, product quality, or delivery issues

Use verified business information as a starting point for due diligence, not as a guarantee of transaction success.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent business information

Impersonate another business or individual

Spam or harassment other users

Engage in illegal activities

Sell counterfeit or stolen goods

Violate intellectual property rights

Attempt to breach platform security

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (logos, copy, design, functionality) is owned by Africa-Business.CC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without permission.

Business information you submit remains your property, but you grant us a license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Africa-Business.CC is provided "as-is" without warranties

We are not liable for damages from incorrect information provided by users

We are not liable for payment disputes or transaction issues between parties

We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers are resolved directly between parties. Africa-Business.CC does not arbitrate or mediate transactions.

For disputes involving the Platform itself, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria (or your country of residence).

8. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we are not liable for payment errors

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms

Provide false information

Engage in fraudulent activity

Violate laws or regulations

Harass other users

Suspension may be immediate for severe violations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Lagos, Nigeria, or through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
